If you haven't watched street fighter the later years, then you probably didn't get that joke. But this is forreal. The picture is Regan's visit to Moscow, the dudes in the suits, secret service. and the nerdy guy and his son, just some tourists.. oh wait. that guy. kinda looks like vladimir putin. holy shit it is... hahah apparently the KGB would dress as tourists so the secret service couldnt spot them.
